Here are some before and after shots of a recent mold remediation and water mitigation project Tri State Restorations performed for a local restaurant and service station. Turns out the area behind the sink wasn’t just being affected due a lack of backsplash, there was also an unknown and active leak in the wall cavity. We worked with a plumber to get everything repaired, then our team proceeded to properly mitigate and remediate, quickly getting this small business back up and running safely, once more.
