On June 30, Tri State Restorations hosted their June Virtual Coffee Break on Mold Remediation to over 100 attendees.

Since its creation last year, Tri State’s Virtual Coffee Break webinar series has gained a lot of attention from area residents, businesses and property managers. Each month, Tri State hosts a half hour “Coffee Break” in a virtual setting (Zoom) to present on relevant industry topics. The idea behind the series was to stay connected during the pandemic, but still provide helpful tips and resources that work to both prevent property disasters and provide expectations for a property’s remediation, mitigation and restoration. As a thank you, each attendee receives a $5 Starbucks gift card to enjoy a caffeinated beverage of their choice.

This month’s topic was on mold remediation and the guest speaker was Mark Wilson, Tri State President/CEO. Mark provided attendees with an overview of what mold and microbial growth is, how it affects you and your property, how to prevent microbial growth and exposure and an overview of what customer’s can expect when faced with mold damages during their remediation. Mark also shared helpful tips for choosing the right contractor for the job and gave a thorough overview of Tri State’s processes.
