Leigh spent most of her formative years and early adulthood in the Southeast before migrating north to Maryland. Her background is in education and business administration. She spent seven years in South Korea as an English as a Second Language instructor and curriculum developer and then moved onto healthcare for five years where she worked as the intermediary between patients, doctors, healthcare workers, vendors, insurers, and government bodies. Leigh is passionate about bringing calm to the chaos through process improvement, employee training, and strong communication with the customer.
