FLIR infrared cameras are a great non-invasive tool that we use to spot hidden water problems during an inspection.
The photo on the left shows how a bathroom appears to the naked eye and the photo on the right shows the same area through our camera. The blue spot shows a cold spot (high level of moisture evaporation) which could mean there was a recent pipe break or hidden leak that needs to be investigated further.
